🍋 Emoji Idle Empire — Privacy Policy

Emoji Idle Empire ("the game") is developed and published by Codekagon LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the game handles and why.

Data we collect

• Game progress — your coins, buildings, upgrades, and prestige stars are stored on your device. If cloud sync is available, an encrypted copy is stored on our server so your progress survives reinstalls and device changes.
• Account identifiers — by default the game creates an anonymous account from a one-way hash of a device-scoped identifier. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, we store your Play Games player ID and public gamer name so your save follows your Google account and your gamer name can appear on leaderboards. We never receive your email address, real name, or contacts from Google.
• Leaderboard entries — your best run and star count are stored with your player ID and shown to other players alongside your Play Games gamer name (or an anonymous "Player #" label).

Advertising

The game shows ads mediated by Appodeal. Appodeal and its partner ad networks may collect device information such as your advertising ID, IP address, device model, and coarse (city-level) location derived from IP, and data about the ads you see and tap. This is used to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where you have consented. Their policies:

Where required (e.g. GDPR regions, US state privacy laws), a consent form is shown before personalized ads are served, and you can revisit your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the game.

What we don't do

• No registration, email, or password is ever required.
• We don't sell your personal data.
• We don't collect precise location, contacts, photos, or files.

Data retention & deletion

Cloud saves and leaderboard entries are kept while your account is active. Uninstalling the game removes all local data. To delete your cloud save and leaderboard entries, email us at support@codekagon.com from any address and include your Play Games gamer name (or approximate last play date for anonymous accounts); we'll delete the account data within 30 days.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and up and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
